TRAVEL NOTES · PLANNING
How to write a trip brief your Local will love.
A little detail upfront makes it easier to build a route around you.
Start with the feeling
“A relaxed week with time for cafés” tells a Planner something different from “fit in as many landmarks as we can.” Share the pace and atmosphere you’re looking for.
Name a few anchors
Choose two or three experiences that matter most. They might be a museum, a birthday dinner, an easy walk or a neighborhood you want to explore.
Share the practical details
Tell your Local about your travel party, dietary needs, mobility preferences and time constraints. Use the notes to explain anything that doesn’t fit a checkbox.
