Tell your Local whether you’d like to chat first and choose WhatsApp, LINE, email or in-app messages.
First itinerary: within 14 days of acceptance
Your Local delivers a first itinerary built around your request, travel style and budget.
First revision: within 21 days of acceptance
Review your route and request a change if needed. Your Local provides the second version within 21 days of accepting the connection.
Final revision: within 30 days of acceptance
You can request up to two changes. If a second revision is needed, your Local delivers the final version within 30 days of acceptance. These milestones run from acceptance, not from each change request.
Approve and get ready to travel
Approve your itinerary when you’re happy with it. Your Connection stays available for 60 days from the Planner’s acceptance. Booking costs and travel spending are separate from the planning fee.
