Is posting a route request free?
Yes. Creating and publishing your request is always free. Pay your offered offer plus a 5% platform matching fee only after a Local accepts and you confirm the connection.
What does my planning budget include?
Your checkout total is your offered planning budget plus a 5% platform matching fee. For a $50 offer, you pay $52.50. The Planner pays a separate 5% fee and receives $47.50. Flights, accommodation, activity bookings and other travel spending are separate.
Can I save and edit my request?
Provide your email address and set a password to create an account, save your draft and continue answering here. Guest Travelers receive an email link for returning later.
How do I choose a Local Planner?
Explore portfolios, languages and planning specialties. Invite a Local or choose one who has applied to your request.
When will I receive my itinerary?
The first itinerary is due within 14 days of acceptance. Up to two requested revisions are due within 21 and 30 days of acceptance.
How can I become a Local Planner?
Build your Planner Profile and Portfolio, submit for Admin review, then set your approved profile to Public and Available to be discovered and apply for free.
