Your itinerary offer and earnings are recorded when the Traveler confirms payment.
Your planning earnings
The 5% platform support fee is deducted from the itinerary offer. For example, a $100 itinerary offer gives the Planner $95.00 in net earnings. Historical Connections retain their recorded fee terms.
When a payout becomes eligible
Payout processing starts on day 28 from successful payment, even if the Traveler has not responded. Add your PayPal account email when you receive confirmation that the connection is paid. Payout status, earnings and holds appear in your Connection.
Review and payout
Open PayPal disputes, unresolved review cases and payout holds pause release. Where a partial refund has been completed, it is deducted from the remaining planning earnings before payout.
Current payment availability
Traveler payments, refunds and Planner payouts use PayPal. Allow up to 7 business days for payout processing; actual timing varies. Live transactions require the platform’s PayPal business account, app credentials, verified webhooks and approved Payouts access. Local sample previews do not transfer funds.
