Turn the Traveler’s brief into a practical, personal itinerary with clear communication and timelines.
Confirm the connection
After acceptance, the Traveler chooses their discussion channel and whether they want a chat first. Start planning after payment is confirmed.
Discuss with care
Respect the requested WhatsApp, LINE, email or in-app channel. Keep contact details private and record important decisions.
Honor the delivery timeline
Deliver Route Structure by day 14, Finetune by day 20 and Finalize by day 25, counted from successful payment. Submitting each draft opens the next private draft with your previous route carried forward. These deadlines run from acceptance.
Make your work personal and practical
Provide the selected itinerary deliverables, check important details, explain assumptions and communicate promptly when questions affect the plan.
Approval and payout
The Traveler approves the itinerary before payout becomes eligible. View the Payout Policy for the 5% platform support fee and payout review process.
